Asland and its partners were designated developer of the 7-building 413-unit, apartment campus in November of 2022 and is working with NYCHA and residents to implement a long-term affordability regime via Rental Assistance Demonstration as well as a renovation and revitalization program through which the partnership is completing comprehensive capital improvements across the community and in units. Asland and Partners is working closely with federal, state and city agencies to preserve 100% of the units as deeply affordable.
