Asland acquired the 330-unit, almost 250,000-square-foot apartment portfolio in June of 2023 and is implementing a long-term affordability regime as well as a revitalization program through which the firm is completing comprehensive capital improvements across the portfolio with a focus on sustainability. Asland worked closely with the New York City agencies to preserve 100% for Low Income and Very Low-Income households.
